  • Lots of Grab and Go foods and easy to prepare foods.

  • Loads of unlimited vegetables, fruit and pulses.

  • Calorie counted for you – (1200 per day) and nutritionally balanced.

  • Using our “44U” system we ensure you get the right amount of nutrients your body needs.

  • Total per day of 3 “Little Extras” you can use them daily or save them up over a week and have a “Your Day”.

  • Cut out harmful “free Sugars” (sugar free if possible)

  • Clean eating- no jars, packets ,bottles – cook from scratch

  • FULL FAT- no low fat or fat free

  • 14 day detox – break the habit

  • Loads of unlimited vegetables, and pulses

  • Fruit is limited

  • Fully calorie counted nutritionally balanced
